UPDATES on D-10 Job-seeking Visa Korea(Summarized)
If you're preparing to apply/renew for your D-10 Visa, you should know about the changes made recently by The Korean Ministry of Justice. We've summarized it for you below!
1st UPDATE:

Applicants who graduated from a university in Korea can apply visa with expired TOPIK scores, while graduates of foreign universities outside of Korea had to submit ONLY valid TOPIK certificates.

Now, ALL visa applicants need to submit valid TOPIK certificates.
2nd UPDATE:

TOPIK and KIIP completion certificates were the only methods used to prove applicants’ Korean proficiency level.

Aside from TOPIK, and KIIP completion certificates, now KIIIP pre-test results can also be submitted to prove your Korean proficiency level.
*The KIIP pre-test is a placement test that assesses which level of the KIIP course is most suitable for the test taker.
3rd UPDATE:

Points used to be deducted based on how many times the applicant violated domestic laws within the past five years.

Points will now be deducted based on the actual amount of fine applicants have to pay.
*Ex: before 5 points are deducted for violating the immigration laws once. Now, applicants who have paid a fine of more than 500,000 won ($370) and less than 1 million won will get a five-point deduction.
