Qualifications
Degree/Diploma Holder in IT-related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience on similar field.
Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications skills including the ability to effectively communicate technical information
to non-technical users.
Ability to work on multiple projects and multiple deliverables.
Good administrative and planning skills.
Team-oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems.
Certification in Microsoft, Azure, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
Able to travel within South Korea and performs cross-site support if needed.

Effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastrQualification
ucture;
Participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure;
Communicate effectively with users and stakeholders regarding all IT related issue.
Ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabli
ng the best of users and partners;
Work with Trescal Group IT for post-merger integration efforts, infrastructure & security matters and budget planning.
Accountable to Linux, Windows, Virtualization systems, internal backup solution, networking devices and middleware layer/subsyst
ems.
Perform and ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes
or disks are created and perform data/files restoration when required.
Deploy and setup end-user devices and/or servers within Trescal environment and constraints.
Provide Level-2 support per request from users. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.
Participate and support systems/infrastructure capacity planning and periodic performance reporting.
Participate and support systems hardening, performance tuning, hardware upgrades and resource optimization as required.
Ensure systems/servers patches/upgrades/updates are applied on a need-to basis.
Promote responsible usage and care of IT inventory.

Enforce and uphold Trescal Group IT charter and policy.
Undertake and partake Trescal IT related projects.
Provide remote troubleshooting and diagnosis for Trescal IT assets and remote sites.
